1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using My Grand Plan, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access My Grand Plan for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on My Grand Plan
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

My Grand Plan is offered on an annual subscription basis. Payment is due at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to a free tier if available, or access will be restricted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Grand Plan or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on My Grand Plan, even if My Grand Plan or a My Grand Plan authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Grand Plan operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
